Mohamed Al Ghamrawi, has recently confirmed that ADB – African Development Bank will extend $ 75 million soft loans to Egypt to back several energy, ports & railway projects. They include the revamping of Talkha & Kureimat power stations, the construction of a containers terminal at Damietta Port & a railway link to link Damietta with Cairo.
