| Description | Ministry of Health & Population, the Health Care Sector Reform Program, has requested expression of interest in a tender, to be released, backed by credits from the African Development Bank, regarding a service contract for the design & supervision of the construction/ rehabilitation of health care buildings in Qena & Suez Governorates. Required would be site & structural survey & evaluation, soil investigations, demolition or structural safety reports, preliminary & detailed designs for all facilities, selection of appropriate contractors, also supervision of the construction process until complete hand-over to the Ministry. Eligible consultants are requested to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services such as brochures, description of similar assignments, especially during the past 5 years & details of at least three similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among their staff. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications & they should submit a letter signed by all parties involved in the consortium or joint venture. Consultant will be selected in accordance with the African Development Bank guidelines. Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below not later than 30 days from the publishing date [ i.e. 3/12/2004 ].
