That extended to signing an agreement with AFESD – Arab Fund for Economic & Social Development regarding KD 30 million soft loan to back Talkha 750 MW combined cycle power station. It further extended to reaching a bilateral understanding regarding a $ 1 billion petrochemical complex to be located in Port Said, alternatively Damietta. Also raised was the Kuwaiti contribution into several other projects promoted by the Egyptian Cabinet covering a pretty wide variety of industries & services. |
