| Description | Cairo Governorate in cooperation with the Investors Trustees Division of the N.B.E. – National Bank of Egypt, has released for sale in public auctions the second batch of land lots along the Nile Cornish identified as Nile Doma, to implement high rise tourist, recreational & commercial projects thereon. They included three lots directly facing the Nile, C 1, C 2 & C 3 of 3,610 M2, 3,660 M2 & 3,870 M2 areas respectively allocated for hotel projects of up to 72 meters height. They also included other four lots on Ebeid main street, B 2, B 3, B 4 & B 5 of 4,000 M2, 2,130 M2, 2,130 M2, 2,130 M2 areas. Auctions would be held on 3/24/2004-noon time at the meeting hall of NBE tower on the Ground Floor. Detailed auction conditions are to get from NBE Trustees Div., 1187 Nile Cornich, Cairo, against L.E. 150 each. Project engineering consultant is Al Mahara for Architectural Design, Dr. Eng.
