| Description | Request for prequalification applications for a job involving the supply & supervision of installation of oxygen generation plants. ANSDK has the following plants : (a) three DRP [ Midrex 600 ] lines with annual production of 850,000 tons each of DRI, (b) four EBT EAF lines of 80 tons capacity each & (c) one EBT EAF line of 160 tons capacity. Required are oxygen generation plants of the following output : (a) For the DRP lines : 5,250 NM3/ hr of 93 % purity, or 4890 NM3/ hr of 99.5 % purity constant. (b) For the EBT EAF lines : 5,000 NM3/ hr [ average ], 11250 NM3/ hr of 99.5 % purity [ peak ]. (c) Pressure at battery limit : For the DRP lines 2.5 bar & for EBT EAF lines 11 bar. Supporting documents must be true attested copies. Official documentation must be received from the prime suppliers not from agents. Short listed suppliers will be invited to bid by mid April 2004. |
