It is identified as the Arab Co. for Computers Production SAE. The Group [together with one of its entities] holds 71 % share in the company. Other shareholders include AOI – Arab Organization for Industrialization (5%), Benha for Electronics (5 %), Telecom Egypt SAE (10%), Akhbar Al Yom Est. (4 %) & the Ministry of Education (5%). He revealed that production, scheduled to start in 6 months time, would reach 300,000 computers during the first year & is set to increase to 500,000 computers during the second year. 50 % of the output is planned for export. |
