| Description | Al Babtin Group has announced plans to invest in Egypt over the next 7 years up to $ 1.1 billion in real estate & tourist development projects. Chairman of the Group, Mr. Khaled Al Babtin, said the projects include a so- called Royal residential complex in Sixth of October City on one million M2 land to comprise 2,200 housing units, villas, schools & a hyper market. They further include another $ 160 million complex in Heliopolis, Cairo, to include a 5 stars hotel, a mall & residential towers on 42,000 M2 land for completion in 3 years. They also include two projects in Alexandria, the first on 300,000 M2 land in Maamoura to host 1,200 housing units, 55 offices & 205 shops & outlets and the second in Moharram Bek to comprise 1,137 housing units. |
