| Description | A 50 / 50 joint venture was recently formed between the Egyptian Holding Co. for Natural Gases & Dana Gas, of Bahrain, to implement a project involving the extraction of propane & ethane from natural gas under $ 60 million investments. The new venture will be located in Ras Shoqeir on the Suez Gulf to handle daily 140 million cubic feet of natural gas with an annual design capacity of 140,000 tons of propane gas. Main contractors for the project are the Cairo based Enppi Co. & Petrojet Co. Project is scheduled for completion in 20 months. |
