| Description | Two petroleum concession agreements were recently signed with Royal Dutch Shell of Holland & IOEC of Italy under $ 56.5 million committed investments. The first, signed with Shell Co., covers West Setra Zone (onshore) in the Western Desert & provides for the investment of $ 28.5 million over 8 years to drill 8 wells, also for $ 2.5 million signature bonus. The second, signed with IOEC Co., is an amendment of an existing concession agreement covering 700 Km2 area at Meleiha Zone (onshore) also in the Western Desert & provides for the drilling of 5 new wells. |
